Dear friends,
Today I tried to issue a bank draft from Standard Chartered Bank for my landing fee.
But bank will not issue this draft, until they get my orginal passport.
So, Its bit impossible to issue bank draft as my passports already submitted to CHC, Dhaka.
Any comments in this issue.

Oh ho, really its tough because they seal on a back side page after you draft it. I am sorry, bro, pardon me, why are you doing this now? You were supposed to do it earlier. Try to pay via paypal account. Giving you a PM.

You may contact with CHC,Dhaka regarding this issue.Standard Chartered Bank would not issue bank draft without original passport,
because they endorsed amount in passport.

also try to explore the option of money order... send an immediate query to SGVO..
do u know anyone in SCB who can influence or any relatives' A/C in SCB? May try to issue the draft from other's A/C..

For my first payment to CIC, I had similar problem. Due to some reason I did not have the passport in my hand. So, I opened an account with www.entropay.com. Then loaded their visa card using my prime bank international credit card. Ultimately used entropay visa card for first payment to CIC. Had to do it in this way because our local bank's international card remains blocked most of the time and they open it for a transaction when requested. On the other hand entropay card remains online 24/7.

Just a suggestion.

Bhaiya, if he sends via INT Credit card, is it mandatory to have permission from them?

They have a form for credit card payment. You just need that form to sign and send CIC

But I made a bank draft from Dhaka Bank last year for my first application fee. I have an account there , I told them for BD. They took my application form and fee payment form and issued a BD .

Thanks a lot for your advice.

My Question was---

1. In the application form education column which year I mention ?
Example : my B s s ( hons ) certificate is 2004 ( Degree awarded year ) but my B S S Exam held in 2006.
so which year I mention 2004 or 2006 ?

2. After passing B S S can I show my job experience ? and the same time I continue my M S S.

3. Higher Diploma In Computer Science & Technology will be counting a academic year ?

4. cic already accept NOC 4152 ( Social Worker ) - 452 application as 03.02. 2012 cap reach update. will it be right decision to submit application NOC 4152 Social Worker cap now ?
