Seniors Can I go to CHC next sunday with my passport receipt cpopy? Though I have not yet received the letter from CHC. what advice? Hasib and other please suggest me . I want to fly before Eid.

i have received PER 26th of OCtober. as Singapore is our visa office, what are the time length and steps they will follow? i have heard that they used normal postal mail. so their is always a chance of missing their letters.
