My status is RBVO and applied in the category of 4152. Recently I am facing problem with my manager in the process of my evaluation. I have decided to fight with him regading the assessment he has done. Only thing I am scared of is, in my reference letter I have mentioned his name and contact details. Though I am working here only for 10 months and my contract ends in 7 December 2011.

Do you think CIC might call and my boss can say something which might affect my application process.

Yes, definitely there is a strong possibility of disaster. So far I know, your NOC : 4152 :: Social Worker, is sensitive. Try to be patient, tolerate Mr. HARI SADU (Your Boss) and manage him in any way. Downsizing your ego (or self respect) for the time being, for your being Global Citizen can be considered a wise investment, I suppose...

Indianajones,
Its not immigration fraud or like that. They are recognized by the Canadian Govt and also funded by the federal govt. CIC also suggested to seek their support as written in the letter issued by VO at earlier stage. Hope there will be no problem to register with them. For my understanding, can u please guess the risk of sharing our file number etc.????

Thanks Indiazones . But My manager has decided not to extend my contract. I will not be in this organization after November 2011. But just defending my case might agitate the manager. Do CIC call the offices? becuase when i submitted my form this was not one of my priority job list
