If I can manage AEO and apply for skill immigration with this AEO,it may takes 12-15months.My question is :can I go to Canada and join that company during immigration process?

Dear Futurecanada,

I have strong doubt regarding that. The question is (1) under which visa you will go to Canada to join and do your job. However, lets assume that, once you join somehow, and continue working, your category of immigration application is getting changed, you will be then under Canadian Experience Class. (2) So, how and under which category you will get your immigration visa?

So, I think, if you really can manage AEO, it will be better for you to go through proper and steady process of immigration.

Processing time for pre june applicants is 16 months from the date of document submission.
SGVO got your docs in feb 2011, so i think you need to wait until feb-may 2012 to get your MR.

Dear Creator Vai,

I have got In process in the status and got the following letter from Singapore office:

1. To perform medical
2. To send police certificate (I did complete it in March-2011, will it be ok)
3. To pay the PR fee
4. To send new passport size picture.
5. To submit the passports

Shall I submit all those docs to our canadian visa office in Banani? Do I need to send anything to Singapore office?

I want to get the medical by tomorrow Insallah. and then wait two weeks to submit the passport to canadian Embassy.

Please help me.

First of all, CONGRATULATIONS.

Please share your timelines or update your profile like mine so that we can make educated guess and assess our cases.

If it is not said anything specific, then I think you are suppose to submit your response to this letter to Singapore Visa Office, not Baridhara, Dhaka. So far I know, our High Commission of Canada does not process Immigration Visas, only correspondences to SGVO.

My suggestion is, you collect all the documents in the list and go to singapore and submit the package (including your passportS) there personally. It will take 3 working days for getting your passport back with the Immigration Visa from there and cost you roughly 50,000 Taka for the tour.

1. Medical Report of full family.
2. Police Certificate (If they asked for new Certificate, March-2011 NOC will not work. PCC used to be valid for 6 Months.)
3. To pay the PR fee : Is it PR fee or Landing Fee. If Landing Fee, make FDD from SCB only.
4. New passport size pictures and
5. Passports.

You can also send Personal Messages if you do not want to disclose your personal credentials with everyone.

How would I proof I have 17 years of full time education? I have added copies of all my educational certificates and original transcripts. What else can be done? Do I need to get certificates from respected institution saying the course time?

It would be great if I could get an answer on this.

Thank you for my timeline calculation.

By the way, regarding the issue of "smamamun" above, one of my friend, went to Singapore in March 2011 and submitted Passport and got it back with Immigration Visa in it within 3 working days. However, we are interested to know whether the rule has been changed, if so, please provide the source in the web.

Dear Nayara,

17 or 17+ Years Education means = S.S.C+H.S.C+ Bachelor degree + Masters degree course duration.

For example, S.S.C+H.S.C+ Bachelor Degree + Masters Degree =10 Years+2 Years+ 4 or 5 Years + 1 or 2 Years = Must be 17 or 17+ years.

Collect all transcripts from your university or institution where course duration already mentioned.

Collect all certificates from your university/institute, college, school.
