Dear Friend,
If you have already applied for FSW application and you have got a new born in your family. In that case, please do the followings:

a. Collect the birth certificate for the new born and get the photocopy notarized
b.Get the passport done
c.Fill the IMM0008 from the PA
d. Fill the IMM 5406 (for both PA and Spouse)
e. Make DD of CAD 150 for the new born
f.Get 4 copies of photographs for the newborn(FSW specific size and format)


and send those to the CHC where you have applied .

What is your NOC code ? hope u will get MR asap....
