2nd letter isnt nothing bt a acknowledgement that they have received my application,as they updated rbvo I think they sent the letter within 2 days they have received it,bt It is lost in post offices, the chance is high bcoz few days back one of my frnd didnt received 2nd letter bt got in process and mr within 1month!!!my case wont b fast as its complicated with canadian relatives bt there is no reason of 2nd letter delay xcept postal missing,i think so

Dear Casayed,

Very bad to loose ur hope for canada immigration process. My home is beside JU campus. If you need any help I will definitely guide you. You are in RVO stage so there is enough time to clarify your situation to SGVO.

Just mail to SGVO describing your mailing address problem. Change the mailing address to confirm and accurate mailing address. Please use address which is more easy and accurate postal code. if you have any relative in JU campus then use there address or in savar where postal mail never missed.

email address of SGVO: Singapore-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca
Write in subject of mail: Urgent - change of address for mailing.

Please mention your file number which is from CIO email. as well as name, date of birth of you.

Its not a big negative issues, one of applicant got nothing but staight medical request. One of my friend missed medical request letter, then got a letter that his time is ending this month. He mailed and give a letter to SGVO stating that he missed the letter. then after 4 days he got new medical request form and done his medical this month.
So dont loose your hope to be in canada.

Hope you regain your hope & stamina soon.
NOTE: Seek help from Dr, Hasib he is expert in this forum.

The processing time indicated in "immigration Canada" website for SGVO, is little bit confusing. Is it starting from 1st AOR or 2nd AOR?? Can anyone help me regarding this? At this moment, the avg. processing time for SGVO is 14 months. In the site, it is mentioned clearly that, after that time the applicant can send email, fax or letter. Anyone has info regarding this??

Thanks...

I think, they count processing time after receiving full document.

yes NGE.
CIC has clearly mentioned this time that their purpose is to clear the backlog now.
So now it's our turn to see how and what they do it.

yup..it's sad :( but true...

on their website it is mentioned:

"Processing times begin on the day our office receives a complete application and end on the day the final decision (i.e. approval/refusal) leaves our office. These are not a guarantee of how long it will take to process your application"
