Can anybody tell me, is there any option in the job bank to upload my CV and Cover letter?

To the best of my knowledge, there is no need to upload any CV in Canada Job Bank. We need to fill in our personal information as prompted and select among various options like skills, education, work exp, job description etc. Once your job bank registration is accepted, your EE profile will be "Open" (i.e. active)

Yes, that is true that after creating profile in job bank EE profile has been opened but my concern is unless the full CV how the employers will get to know about our skills.

Previously I had an account in "//seekers.jobbank.gc.ca/chercheur-seeker/details.aspx?new=1" whch was not for EE, there I found that we can upload CV and cover letter.
But here in this site "//seeker.jobbank.gc.ca/seeker/", where we are relating our EE profile with job bank is no option for uploading CV and cover letter.

I am surprised why it is different and also please notice the url is not same. One is started with "seeker" and another is started with "seekers".
And also whenever I am login to this site in the Job Match section it is showing "The service was not able to produce job matches at this time. Please come back on your Job Match dashboard once or twice a day for new job opportunities."

So far I know you can't get AUS PCC from BD.

You need to have a form to fill up and apply directly to AUS.

Also you can see the from CA website that how to apply it.

Or AHC at BD website -

http://www.bangladesh.embassy.gov.au/daca/pcl.html

Indian passport holder can get PCC from VFS Global India but I have no idea from BD VFS can arrange for BD applicant or not.

You can call them if you need to clarify from them.

The process is as simple as drinking water... if you apply online, you have to upload consent form also like GCMS, Supporting docs like passport, birth cert etc of 100 points and pay $42 with card(For Name Check only)
