Naughty CPC-O has recalled their initial email then sent an amended letter like below for my Spouse's Application withdrawal request... :


Recalled Letter:

"Dear client,


This is regarding your application for Permanent Residency in Canada with CPC-O.

Please note that this application will be withdrawn and we will start the process of refunding."


Final Letter:



"Dear client,

We will withdrawn your application but we cannot refund the processing fees.
The only fees that can be refund are the Right of Permanent Residence Fess (RPRF). The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa. In your case the refund of RPRF does not apply as you did not paid this fees."

Was passing days with lots of anxiety....

[size=15pt]Finally received Passport Request Today from Singapore.

Thanks to all of u, for ur prayer...

Today was the last day for withdrawing my 2014 FSW application from CPC-Ottawa VO (they have given 30 days option to withdraw my wife's file, since they got her another file in progress on SG). My wife has emailed to CPC-O to withdraw 2014 file .... They have already replied that they are going to refund my processing fee...

HOW TO EDIT GLOBAL SPREADSHEET AND SGVO SPREADSHEET

Seniors,

Recently I got promoted.....now do I have to send new reference letter along with my Promotion letter to SGVO? or just Promotion letter would do...as my responsibilities hasn't changed. Plz......shade some light.......

In my case happened same thing. I had given Promotion Letter and updated SCHEDULE A (as they asked to give) and in forwarding explained the matter.

I hd sent a enquiry mail to CIC on 11th Dec, 2014.
Few minutes ago I got the reply. Though I got PER on 21st Jan, 2015.

Below is the reply mail

"Good Morning:

Email was forwarded by CIO-Sydney dated 21 January 2015 to the email address provided.

Application has been transferred to the Visa Office Singapore."

Happy to know that my file has already transferred to the visa office.

I sent an inquiry too on jan 8th..though didn't get any reply yet. But im hoping my application is also transferred to the visa office as we have the same NOC and PER date.

tonmoy bhai who is June 9 applicant with same NOC already got PPR/RPRF along with MR
but still, its a long time after Medical you are waiting..

Allah(SWT) knows what happened to them and why they are taking long time to issue MR/PPR :'( :'(

Dnt worry bhaiya. At least the best thing has happened with your application. As per CIC rules no refund is done when they start processing the application.
