Now it is almost 2 months and I did not see the
Medical received at my ecas. Still 2nd line. My
RPRF also send so not passport request from SGp vo
Or medical received is shown.

U have already sent a CSE....I know all BD clinics are dynamic....Just reconfirm whether they uploaded ur medical docs on the server....

And then u will have to wait....nothing more....

My wife's (main Applicant) linkedin account is being added by the CEO of AB Securities, Bangladesh. I have checked this company's website. They are expert in private investigation, also do personal background check for employers. This thing happened after 4 days of receiving her AOR. Should i be worried? ??? Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

A) Please let me know the details of both payment processes to WES ( CC or cheque/money order) step by step. (Like from where, how......etc)

B) I have already filled the online application and chosen "cheque /money order" and received a reference no. Now is there any option to pay WES by Credit Card? And if not, how can I send the "cheque /money order" to WES?

Actually so far I have understand that I only need to send the true copy of all required docs (sealed) to WES via FedEX/DHL and have to manage online/transferred payment. I am confused little bit.

[size=20pt]Regarding Background Checks: Standard Documentation Checks

• During the PER stage documents background check is done which is an indication is the ECAS that shows ”In Progress".

• All documents been checked & the NOC being tallied against FSW.

• Officer finds the case eligible for Canadian PR, the case becomes Accepted; and then it goes for standard background checks, like Experience, Qualifications, Adaptability, Language, Qualitative Considerations etc.

• 
  If file is well presented and the enclosures are guaranteed by quality-quantity, adequate POF docs etc., there might not be a requirement of actually calling the employers, references etc.

• If there are any concerns of applicant is likely to ask for additional docs, do further scrutiny like calling, visiting etc. or might ask for an Interview.

- Outcome: When fully satisfied, then go for Medical Request.
- ECAS: Continues to Show In Process.

Regarding Background Checks: Security & Criminality Checks

• Most of case it commences after the medical results are submitted to the CIC/VO.

• This is a major activity, mainly concerning any Political, Socio-Economical, Anti-Social disposition, perceived Threat to Canada's integrity etc.

• This is a time consuming stage and something serious, involving many agencies, including CSIS, Interpol, NASC, Database Checking & touch-base with Local Police, etc...

• Many things are considered here... the number of countries visited, Applicant coming from certain countries, ex-Servicemen including Law Enforcement services, Prolonged stay in a country with or without sufficient documents to prove cause, frequent traveling to certain nations, Name (?), Inter-Religion /Nationality Marriages etc.

• If everything is simple & straight, the file soon gets into the final review stage.

• If there are any red flags, the case goes into a spin. Then file might go to the local Police/CID agencies; the outcome/timeframe of which is beyond the control of CIC. And thereby the timeframe can be anything. However, a point to be noted is that PA can also be called for an Interview [at this stage], due to this reason.
  

- Outcome: Only upon security clearance applicant receives the PPR.
- ECAS: Still In Process, but 'Medical Results Received' inside.

I called Dr. Wahab two times and even talk with him and they assured me they upload this on 23-Nov. What else to do with them? In fact, while I also get the 2 months time frame from 12-Nov to submit the below:

Please provide the following within 60 days.

- You must now undergo a medical examination (forms and instructions attached).

- Completed form IMM 5669 Schedule A with updated information for you and your dependants (Form can be found online): http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5669E.PDF

- Updated Original Good Conduct Certificate(s) (or Certificate of No Criminal Record) from the police authorities of Bangladesh. A certificate is required for you (and your spouse / common-law partner and each of your dependent children who is 18 years of age or older), from the police authorities in all countries where you have resided for a period of six months or more since turning 18. Instructions for obtaining certificates are available on the www.cic.gc.ca website.

- 4 recent passport photos (taken within last 3 months) of yourself and your dependants (see attached instructions). Please write on only one of the photos in each set the name and date of birth of the person appearing in the photo. PLEASE DO NOT STAPLE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS.

- Right of Permanent Residence Fee (see attached for instructions)

And I send PCC, Changed Generic form as i got a promotion at Jul 14, 4 PP size photos, PCC original (for me and wife), copy of medical receipt and RPRF to SG VO and they received it on 5-dec-14.

Things look pretty scary in Express Entry.

In the first draw they cleared the CEC with LMIA only.

Canada is now very strict on inviting only the candidates with Job offer.

Racism is likely to return under express entry because it is less likely for colored people to get job from white employers.

Those who cleared at least PER stage under fsw2014 should thank Allah.

As I got PER in 16 th Sep & AOR in 31st Oct in 1112. My DD Encashed Date is 8th September2014. But no second line update.

Any one have idea regarding this issue.

With the grace of Almighty Allah I received my Permanent Residence visa last Thursday. Due to political unrest I couldn't share my feelings instantly.
I would like to thank all forum members especially Ashif who gave me companion during the processing time. My timeline as below:

NOC : 2132 (Mechanical Engineer)
Application Submitted: 26 July 2013
PER: 29 October 2013
AOR: 18 November 2013
2nd Line Added: 28 October 2014
Medical Request: 13 November 2014
Passport Request: 12 December 2014
Passport Submitted: 22 December 2014 (with new passport)
Passport Received : 29 January 2015 (visa issued: 22 January 2015 & Expiry: 17 November 2015)
Expected Departure: First week of May 2015.

I wish all member's file will be processed without any delay. Please pray for me for the next part of life.....
