As Ashif Bhai Explained about GCMS note I would like to add something..I actually ordered for my GCMS after seeing Ashif Bhai's GCMS Note findings..In My case I got 2nd Line on October 28 2014 and I applied for GCMS on December 25 2014 (Almost 2 months from 2nd Line)..Once I get GCMS Note I found the note contains update upto 29 December 2014.

It's not that Whoever applied for GCMS are getting physical verification....it Totally depends on Case Officers opinion which is mentioned in Note..My GCMS note had nothing mentioned about site visit but there is a EVENT where INTERVIEW was mentioned (Ashif Bhai confirmed that EVENT is a generic Event for everyone in GCMS), but my colleagues GCMS note had event where SITE VISIT Was mentioned..And fortunately or unfortunately CHC official visited my office on 25th January and verified both my and my colleagues application simultaneously

I agree with mcgyver and also appreciate from CI_DREAM brother suggestion.
But my question to all seniors that it is really helpful to raise GCMS notes.
Do you think CIC/SGVO will change their decision if they pointed out from application file information.

We should be more patience and you can see Ashif bhai's note on GCMS raising time.
I think GCMS note can relief your some tensions but on the other hand you should except their background verification. Either physical or call to employer or from other source.

Please don't loose your confident in the middle of way

Is there any similarities between your and your Colleague's JD? The question is raised in my mind since both of your NOC code, Company name and Application received dates are also same.

Yes Our JD have similarities and we are from Same NOC..Even 1 of my previous employer and my colleagues previous employer is same .That's why CHC official verified both the applicants file simultaneously

Now you can assess your status that why they visited your office for verification of your documents….

From my understand in your case, I think they checked about your company status as well because they assessed your job duty match with NOC and passed your score but they want to ensure by their physical check for two applicants from same company in same NOC.

Sometimes the assessing authority may do either or neither. It just depends on what documentation you are offering. If the company you are listing is not registered, they will most certainly do a site inspection. If the company is registered, they may simply phone them.

As we all know that AUS has skill assessment authority call “VETASSESS” but CAD don’t have this kind of skill assessing authority however CAD has only education assessment authority call "WES", it is like vise versa. So we need to depend on CHC/VO skill assessment result.

Yes brother I also thought similar..But I am not sure whether they verify for unregistered company only..I work in a Bank and its surely registered and Have detail information available over our website...I believe SGVO simply going for Site verification randomly or they might doing verification if they have any doubt regarding Job responsibilities

You have captured something from a fine angle and brought it up wisely. Now that i come to think about it and compare it with that in the Australian system, indeed their assessing authorities check both education and work experience whereas the Canadian assessing bodies do just the education part. But that does not automatically mean that Australian officers do not send local representatives for site visit. It is just that the Canadian officers feel more strongly about it.

my opinion to fellow forumite, request GCMS note after 30 to 40 days of AOR. local visa office need time to review ur file and put some comments on ur file.

I agree with the suggestion. People should not request for GCMS notes too early. On the other hand, if a significant amount of time has elapsed since the day AOR was received, one should consider getting GCMS notes for good reasons that you mentioned.

Of course, there are some pretentious people roaming around and telling people that GCMS notes should be asked for since day one; the same day an application is submitted. LOL. I really love laughing at those people.

It means they encashed ur DD after completeness check. Now they are checking ur docs. I think u will get PER within few days. hope for the best brother.

How dare the consultant is? Who is paying whom? I believe he is a paid agent... does he not being afraid of being admitted to burn unit?

Congrats....PER is on the way Insha ALLAH. And why did you inform your consultant? Who knows may be your PER is with him. Check with him thoroughly.

You have got the File Number now.

So its time to forget the Consultant. They are good for nothing without taking the money.

One of my friend jun 1st week applicant got per in October, received a mail asking for DNA test. CIC is not convinced of his proof of relationship with his kids!!! Though he submitted all sort of docs with his application. Is this a random practice of cic. My friend submitted his paper through a law firm.i
