And also for NOC 2281 and relevant experience is the main factor..

Max of the NOC 2281 applicants are either EEE/ECE or CSE ....So dont worry for that....

Thanks Bro for the reply.. In that case, which signatures should I use to fill up the forms of application? I made a stupid mistake by not using my regular signature in the passport.. But in all other places in the earth, i used my regular signature.. Can i use my regular signature to fill up the forms?

Of-course ur Passport Sign is now the bible.....

U will need to use it everywhere....And if u have lots of confusion then u may avoid NID since the sign is different for this two...

Tell ur brother-in-law to check his ECAS...Since SGVO is on full pace....Total 15 person has got updated by SGVO (ECAS/MR or doc requested)...

And let us know if there is any update....are ur brother -in -law attached on this thread?

He is not attached to this thread...He applied trough an agent on May 2011, AOR received from SGVO on Oct 2011. Till now..each time he calls agent and get same reply that "We will let you know if any news comes." So now he has left all the hope..

15 persons that received MR.. which years applicant are they..? can u let me know... Cause so far as I know SGVO worked on 2010 file till 2013.. so what will happen to 2013 Applicant...

Brother if it is so, then I should apply for a new passport.. I don't want to use normal signature from now on at this point.. As I am still waiting for WES reply, there is enough time to go for a new passport.. Only Problem is IELTS.. I am planning to sit for IELTS exam at the end of October.. But i Hope National ID card is enough to complete registration for IELTS at IDP. Can you please confirm?

To be fair---It will be safe....Thats what is my gut feelings...And CIC caps are not that much significant since they are not real time updated...

U need not to think very much...Just go to any notary public like Dhaka Anubaad, Doinik banglar mor or Gulshan DCC Market places....They will do the rest....They are known about the translations -how to do this...They are authorized and they will seal their details on the page and affidavit....

Nope NID will not suffice ...PP is mandatory for IELTS registration.....So think again and decide what u want to do...

Yes you can skip NID. It is not a mandatory document.

Do you think you can apply for new passport in your case. I don't think so, if it's MRP than you can't get another one just because you want to change the signature.
And my suggestion is to use passport signature to ALL FORMS AND CORRESPONDENCE. Signature is a big issue and if it's mismatches and they notice it , it would be a big trouble.
