Sorry to bother you often. Could you please clarify the following two points,

1. For POF what is the duration of bank statement should be? if i collect statement for past one week, will it be okay?
2. In the form IMM 5406 (additional family info), there is an instruction on the top of the form, "Complete All names in English and in your native language (for example Arabic, Chinese etc)" . what does it mean? should i write names in Bengali beside english?

1. If ur required balance is having for more than 3-6 months than provide it with that duration...Otherwise no need to submit for short duration statement.....Just Bank cert will suffice

2. Yes u will need to write in Bengali beside of English name....u can use pen for writing Bengali..

If u get the equivalency for ur masters as Canadian masters then u will get 23 points....

Just for ur info-if u submit only Masters and get the BSc equivalency then it will be 21 points....But if u submit ur both Mech engg+ Masters and get the BSc equivalency then it will be 22 points....

I have selected ICAS to assess my Education. While completing the online form, i became confused at a particular point and need your help. In Step 3- Education History, they asked to List all the schools/institutions I attended from primary/elementary school.. Does it mean I need to provide information from class 1 as well? If it is so then i read in two schools (Class 1-5) and (Class 6-10). But there is only one field for providing school information as i Guess the second Table (Secondary) is for HSC. And for me Post Secondary should be B Sc Engineering and then next table (Other) is MBA. So please suggest what should i put in 'Primary' education table?

Please note that I will send my B SC Engg and MBA degree to assess and will not send SSC or HSC documents.

I completed my B Sc Engineering (EEE) from Islamic University of Technology, IUT and MBA (Evening) MIS, from Dhaka University. Few of my senior brothers completed assessment from IUT and one of them told me that he faced a problem about university not getting emails from WES and took a long time for him to resolve. So, he instructed me to go for ICAS as they don't require any email confirmation. At that time it took 1.5 years for him to get confirmation from WES and 3 months from ICAS. As a senior member, please provide your valuable suggestion.

Since ur senior brothers already taken ECA from WES then there is no issue about the recognition...

But what I have observed, WES is much faster than like in my case (its exceptional though ) it was only 11 days from the doc sending to rcving the report...

And in an avg they are now sending the report within 1.5 months. Which is very reasonable...

usually WES send an email when they rcv the applicants docs ...It is sent within 3-7 days...(avg.)... So u will have to in touch with ur controller sir....

U may call him up after seven days...

Here are lot of applicants whom required over 4 months to rcv the ECA report from ICAS....

So I will advise u to recheck the options for WES....

U can contact with WES if they delay to send email to ur controller ...

I had done my ECA from WES and I had chosen the delivery method as "Standard Mail". On June 6, 2014 they informed me that my evaluation is done. After that I logged in to my account and found the following info under report delivery:
2 copies sent by MAIL
Date Sent: June 6, 2014

However, till now I did not receive any documents from WES and as the delivery method was Standard Postal Mail, no tracking no. was provided. Could you please tell me what I can do? Should I ask for a duplicate report? Or, should I wait?

Its a blunder ....Regular govt mail take lots of time.....It has not timeline.....U should had select express courier which would cost u a bit more -85 CAD....But ofcourse this is worth....

So one thing I can advise u... to avoid any further delay, u can order for duplicate report from the below WES site and select express courier....

U can be assured when ur report will be on ur hand.....

I am in a fix. As I guess, I am already late to apply for FSW program for 2014, I need to complete this assessment in quickest possible time. Also i need to time my IELTS exam in relation to this assessment. I guess, WES will be the better option.

Ur NOC code should be 2133 (Elec engr.)...I am quite sure u can catch the NOC safely....This is not that much HOT NOC...

Give a shot....Allah will pass u inshallah...

Again saying dont worry for the CAP now....prepare urself first.....For the Nov vap wont be issue....

Here is the procedure for ECA by WES:

a. First apply thru WES's website and do the payment and take the ref no. (will emailed also) 180 CAD now (20 days assessment)...

Now for Bangladesh:

b. Then fill up the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and put the ref no there.

c. need to take a printed version of International_Transcript_Request.pdf to the university controller office and request him to fill the remaing portion of the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and make true copy of the transcript + cert. he will easily understand coz they have to do such things frequently to recommend students to foreign education. Only one copy --(WES form +Cert+transcript).

d.Finally he gonna give u a sealed envelop that contains attested copy of transcript + cert + International_Transcript_Request.pdf


e. Courier the sealed envelope via fedex by urself to WES address:
