:-[ I found an alarming sad matter that one applicant was rejected named Rohan85 in spreadsheet whose ielts was going to expire after 17days as before PER (i guess). I sent my application as received on 9th june but my ielts expired on 30th june. so what will be my case :'( :'( :'( :'( is not it fair to receive ielts validity if ok on received date?????????

CIC received my file on 02.06.2014 But no response from their end. It is going very slow. I don't know why? Is there anyone who knows the reason? Moreover, when is the chance to get PER against my file.
Pls let me know.

Dear Members,

I have already applied for FSW2014 with NOC code 2281 as a principle applicant. My wife is also an Engineer and falls under NOC 2282. I haven't calculated her point yet but it will be more than 67. Maybe around 69-70. So my question is will she be able to apply again as a principal applicant? When they process my application surely they will keep an entry of me and my wife. If my wife apply again as a principal application and keep me as her spouse then they will get a duplicate application. Will it create a problem? or me/ my wife can't apply until my application gets rejected?

Yes ur spouse can apply....She is also eligible...

But if u feel that u have application does not have any fault....Then I strongly discourage for the second application....

And 2281 is a cold NOC....

I have also same condition...Applied on FSW13 under Singapore and my wife applied on 2132 (Mech. Engr ) under CPC-Ottawa....

But its background was for the change of the Singapore VO which is very slow....

Applying on both NOC is a costly and also waste of energy...

What I still believe- it was the case officer whom ignored the package without focusing the day of the app rcving...

So every time same mistake will be happened- I dont think...Just wait and check ur email....

As per current trend u may expect PER on mid OCT....

And since this yr there are large NOC categories...and lot peoples are ready (returned on FSW13) have applied on the very early May....

CIC is sunk of lots of application....Thats why this delay...

Bro Ashif,

Just wanted to share that they have modified their IVR menu. See the below steps.

Over Phone:

 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affairno longer needed.
 12 for immigration (dial 1 not 2)
 Call is being transferred to CIC then it hangs up although I am Calling using Skype (paid credit) Maybe it requires to be called from an actual Canadian phone.
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

Also kindly help me to understand for IELTS what score do I need to score? For each band or in total? :

As spouse, u will require L,R,S,W- individually - 4.5,3.5,4,4 and as applicant its 6,6,6,6 .

Also for ur info, still there are 49 applicants are waiting for PER of 7th May.

* A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

What can now? Approve or Reject?
***How much time they (Singapore visa office, and i am in Bangladesh) will take to give me letter?

Please inform me and it will be very helpful for me.

Note: I have submitted passport, landing fees, medical and necessary docs one month before shown this 'Decision Made' status.
