I need your expert advice. I have received the MR, PCC & RPRF request from Australia Visa Office on 16 May and I received another good news on 18 May that my wife is pregnant. Now what is the procedure to follow in this case?

Dear all,
By the grace of Almighty Allah yesterday I got my passport with visa. Along with passport I got 2 copies of COPR paper of both me and my spouse. Anybody plz let me know should I have to take the money which I mentioned in my application. I am planning to leave for Toronto at the end of September In Sha Allah. If anybody is planing to go the same destination at same time plz cotact with me. May Allah bless us all.
