increasing number of recently landed migrants from Indian subcontinent have turned into burden for Canadian Economy and society. most of them have failed to get survival jobs with no previous experience. They are running out of the PoF they took with them to Canada and a lot of people are coming back to their home countries without contributing anything to Canadian economy which is alarming.
This is what one of the Immigration Consultants said to my friend in London.

tosher,

PIA is not bad. What is their fare from Dhaka/Singapore to Toronto?
I'd choose Turkish Airlines which is a Star Alliance Member.

Fare for PIO Dhaka to KArachi, Karachi to Toronto 1/5 hours waiting in KArachi fare is 64,000/ BDT
But Turki air wants 1,10,000/- BDT Dk to Istambol to Toronto Istambol 5 Hrs Waiting
so u can judge which should be preferred.

PIA's fare what you mentioned is for One way and Turkish's for Round trip.
So Turkish is cheaper. Emirates is also good but they quickly run out of meat items on board, who would want to eat vegetable on a 20,000 feet high trip that costs $1000 (one way), $1400 (round).

I have ordered CAIPS. Should take 40-45 days.

Adding spouse in my application:

Dear Katoky, Shubash & Imu,

Thank you for your quick reply. It would be very helpful for me.

When I first applied I had shown CA$15,500 only for myself. But currently I have CA$11,550. According to VO requirements, for the 2 applicants, CA$13,837 should be the exact amount.

You can see, I had more than 70% money in my account [fixed deposit]. If the VO will ask for another POF letter, I would be able to deposit the required amount straight away to satisfy the VO. Is that okay? Or the money should be there for longer time (time since when my first POF was issued?)

Luckily the VO didn’t ask for another POF so far, but they may ask for one at anytime.

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Sumon

You cannot use the 2nd AOR number which starts with (BXXX).. use the number that starts with (Exxx)
and yes I have the same e-cas like you.. Application received and decision made. Anyways Zaidur is right lets open a club.lol..

Hi,

Where to get the number starts with Exxx ? In my last letter from I only have the 2nd number with Bxxx. and it is showing "In process" since 22nd of February. Still it is showing "in process". I have applied under Skilled worker category (IT Manager).

Thanks

Jannat,

No matter which International airlines you choose, it will only take you to either Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver. These are the major cities in Canada where a lot of International airlines land.

where ever you land using any airlines from other parts of the world, it will touch any of the above cities and from there you'll be taken to Edmondton by Air Canada. Turkish is my favorite coz it is a Star Alliance member and people those have boarded any of the Star Alliance airlines know what it means and whats their quality. Emirates has a A380 which is the choice for most but they have poor catering service.

There are some European airlines like Lufthansa and Air Berlin has flights to Halifax but these airlines have no flights operations from Dhaka.

Very reasonable cause not to fly with Emirates.
