Dont worry about FBI Clearance. Just let me know if you have submitted FBL clearance during the time of submission of full application package to SGVO. If Yes and then after you didnt went to USA then no need to submit it. I had a similar problem like yours, I stayed abroad for more then six month for my work purpose and during my full doc submission I gave the PCC of that country. But in MR they again asked to provide PCC for all countries where I stayed more then six month after turning 18. Then I send a CSI to SGVO telling them that since I submitted PCC earlier and after that I never visited that country again so should I submit PCC again. They replied me after a week that I need to send PCC for Bangladesh only. So buddy send a CSI to SGVO immediately.

Newborn and beximco,

Thanks for your reply. I sent FBI clearance report in my complete package. I sent a CSI and they said that I need to provide PCC or similar clearance report after 18. But I remember that I sent updated FBI and ABI (alabama bureau of Investigation) clearance reports to SGVO.

I will try to send another CSI and see whether SGVO replies or not.

Guys..I need little assistance here. My Passport has been released from Singapore on Friday and got a mail from VFS that it is ready to collect today.
Question is will my Wife be able to collect Passport with Receipt and PP Copy? I'm the PA. I might be bit busy in office today.
Anyone sent spouse to collect PP earlier and got the result...Please share...

E-CAS is still "In Process". Forever...Forever...

Hello Nivrit,
I apply to FBI for Conviction CLearance Report on Mid Jan. 2012 and receive it at my address on late Feb 2012, a total of 6 weeks timeframe. I sent out my request data thru DHL courier to FBI. When did you sent out your request for FBI record?

Newborn

I sent my request with all documents on last thursday through registered post from Canada. They will receive it this week. I think I will request to extend my time as I received it after 17/18 days.

IMO, an authorizing letter with passport signature should be enough.

Hi,
I need your advice as I think, I will not be able to send out my completed file to SGVO by 16th January 2013. I received my MR file on the 3rd December (Issued on 16th November, 2012). I think I will receive BD and Canada PCC within due date but I stayed 2 years in USA. I applied for FBI last week and their processing time is 16-18 weeks.

Please suggest me what I will do?

Pls check, if you live in Bangladesh now and if Bangladesh is written in bold in your letter then you have to send the PCC only from Bangladesh only. I submitted my PCC from UK and Australia bur for the last one and a half year I am living in Bangladesh. so they asked for a latest PCC from Bangladesh. Bangladesh is written in bold in my letter. I am sending PCC from Bangladesh only.

thanks

zaman

Zaman Bhai , yes you are right. But then there is a line saying , A certificate is required for you and your spouse and each your dependent children who is 18 year from the police authorities where you have resided for a period of six months or more since turning
18. So that make all confused. So better to get a CSI from sgvo before sending the docs because you dont want any mistake at this stage of your processing.
