Can any tell me if I send letter to a post box address abroad through EMS service provided by Bangladesh post office then do they deliver it. I tried with courier companies like fedex and dhl but they dont accept post box address. So thought If anyone knows of EMS does it or not.

Off course EMS does but may take longer time. Just to reduce some amount better do not send by EMS, one person used EMS which took more than a month while inquired post office said sorry by mistake that happened.
To send by courier use street address not post box address. Fedex or DHL will write address correctly.

I think, you can use typical "To whom it may concern" letter/certificate, where no address is required. For my case, i use all letter/certificate stating "To whom...." without any addressee. Experts can advise better.

However, please check carefully what is asked Bank solvency certificate or bank statement showing transactions during certain period? As far I know bank statement is required for the last 6 months. For me I downloaded from account on line showing bank name, my name, account no. and amount with date. CAIPS note showing POF received.

Some applicants are confused about PSDEC 4. Please see here below :

Coding Instructions – Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System
(CAIPS) for applications received before June 26, 2010

As of April 15, 2009, two additional immigrant categories are used for FSW applicants found
eligible for processing. Please make the appropriate selection:
SW1 One year of continuous work experience in a NOC category
listed in the Ministerial Instructions
SW2 Arranged employment offer (AEO)
SW3 Temporary foreign worker (TFW) or international student
residing in Canada for one year and still in Canada

PSDEC coding
Note: All previous instructions to use PSDEC code 3, if no application is received within 120 days is
revoked. Please use PSDEC code 2 for all negative eligibility determinations, i.e. for applicants who
receive either the letter in Appendix D or E.
PSDEC 1 Eligible
PSDEC 2 Ineligible (negative final determination)
PSDEC 3 Withdrawn (applicant withdraws)
PSDEC 4 Administrative Withdrawal (recommended for further
