congratulations to Dafdipson. My brother We tried to use our gtb dollar master card to pay for the RPRF and it did not work simply because it was stated in the CIC payment webpage that we cannot use a PREPAID Mastercard to make payment only a Mastercard credit card or a VERVE prepaid card. The dollar card gtb gives is not only a prepaid Mastercard but a DEBIT card...so guess what? you have just 2 options either you pay with your gtb naira Mastercard or you get a friend who has a dollar credit card to help do the transaction and you pay back....doing this we paid $760 USD...

I noticed that too. And its not just Manitoba. Other provinces are sort of quiet too.
That means files going to LVO will be reduced.
I pray CIC move more files from Accra to London.
That will ease the frustration those for us waiting for AVO

make use of FCMB naira mastercard, it wil go once, i just used it 2 pay 4 my spouse dis week

Thank you for your e-mail dated July 18, 2017 to the Honourable Brian Pallister,
Premier of Manitoba. Your correspondence was forwarded to Honourable Ian Wishart, Minister
of Education and Training, and I am responding on his behalf.
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) can nominate applicants who are
best suited to contribute to our economy and who intend to work and live in our province. In
order to be eligible to apply, applicants need to demonstrate they are skilled workers that meet
the needs of Manitoba’s labour market and have a connection to Manitoba through family,
previous work/education experience or other social connections.
The Province of Manitoba is currently planning a range of improvements to the MPNP
that will help to ensure that we are inviting applications from those in our Expression of Interest
(EOI) pool that demonstrate a high potential for labour market attachments for in demand
occupations in Manitoba. The MPNP will continue to provide additional points to those in the
EOI pool who can demonstrate strong family connections in Manitoba in addition to being able
to meet our specified labour market requirements.

well as for any future changes to our criteria associated with the renewal of the MPNP.
