All applicants to CIC Accra Still waiting after a year. Please let's connect

I am the principal applicant. Cic received my application Feb 26 2016 . I got my AOR 26th April and nothing since then. So a friend who is landing next month advised I mail them and to my amazement they replied. However I am skeptical about the authenticity of the reply because of how it was addressed. The content below

I feel it was not official enough and I hope it's not a scam. Though the website, fax and all confirmed legit

Accompany dependant will see their UCI at the point of medical request. It is Unique Client Identification. Only application number remain same

You might need to mail the VO for your spouse and family members UCI. However my medical request not sent yet o. So does it mean medicals in its way please? The wait can really be tiring

each members will have its own UCI number, you wont see this until you get medical request, once you get medical request, they usually send it with medical forms

Moreso UCI is not really a big deal to our applications. What I mean is that once you have traveled before to Canada, you already have a UCI no. So sending you now before MR is really not thrilling for me. My family already has UCI before PR application.

May God grant our heart desires and make Accra to work in our favour.

well new applicants are been transfered to London visa office for now, so if yours is there, within 4 months, you will get your visa, but if its Accra… . :-* :-* :-* ;D ;D ;D
