Can anyone suggest the experience you have with a company is not well known in canada will this effect anyones profile in terms of receiving an ITA?

No. As long as it's a legal business and you have the recommendation letter or work certificate to prove you worked with them.

I have only 375 points. NOC 0124, marketing manager with experience of almost 6 years.
Do you think i have any chance of getting an ITA? As i dont have any job offer.

By end of 2015 or Q4 score will decrease to almost 400 -450

Cic currently only offering ITA to those who have worked or working or living in canada. Once the cap is filled the shift will move to rest of the countries with 400-450 score. Job bank is just for marketing purpose its purpose is badly failed as none of the company is in favor of selecting candidates living hundred of miles away or simply out of there reach and wait for the candidate for almost six months to join. None of the company is dying to hire overseas as the lot is already standing in a que in canada facing unemployment. A global recession, so just wait for the right time and make your profile strong and distinct from others to get an ITA. Get high score in ielts, get some score in french, seek A level job role as per NOC Which almost matches your job description and designation, strengthen your education to score more in that and ofcoure rest are obviously not under your control like age. I hope it answers your question

It happened to me too. To a lot of people. No need to worry as long as you still remain in the pool. It might be a system glitch..

In February 4 notifications came wherein CRS score drop was more than 100 points, however in March till now there is no notification on CRS score. Do you think there is any chance for people who do not have a job or provincial nomination in this new system?

Once you send them all the required documents, WES assessment itself is actually quite fast. When I did it this February it took about 2 weeks before I received the original copies (by courier). So about 10 days assessment, then 3-4 dyas courier.

Thanks for your reply. May be it is a system glitch.. But what is going on in cic. Where is the fifth draw? Are they waiting for enough candidate having job offer or pnp?

My point is 375. What will they do with us with this score? I am getting hopeless..

I think we can wait for a few months before we get hopeless. Now it's still a bit early to say.
