I recently submitted an application for my Brother without any Job offer.. with the only hope that they can consider.. but cant assume its safe though..

Except Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia, you have to get job offer/provincial or canadian degree for PNP.

its seems wes Ref# is not available before payment of the fees. so my questions are

1. when this ref # is actually needed? is it possible to fill the For Authorized Officials section of the form without this ref# and later on when i submit the application with payment and put the ref# in position?
2. is there any way to get the ref# without payment option.

I have filled my EE profile under FSWC and point is showing 550 , but if I check the required points under fsw criteria , it's showing that you need 67 pt. My profile is showing skilled workers criteria is met.

I need to ask why it is showing points under CSR instead of showing total pt.s out of 100 when applied under skilled worker. Is their anything wrong ..or I submitted it wrongly.

Only way to get ref number is after making payment ..that too will be printed in you transcript or academic form which after payment will be sent to you via email and u shud download n print it...after that u fill neccesarry parts n form n send to ur university for attesting..
