All about UCI!! Expert advice please

Hi I do have questions. My mom was the principal applicant and we are her dependents. Last year she applied us for sponsorship. And upon giving us the Acknowldgement of Receipt we had our UCI number where we used it to check our application online. By that time my mom was also applying for her permanent residency. After a month I cannot login to my own UCI as well as my sisters UCI. What happened all of a sudden? I ask our consultant about it and she said the reason why we cant access our UCI because it was already deleted in the system because our file was from Manila and has been transferred to Missisuaga. Is that a valid reason? Should I ask my mom to call the missisuaga office to ask about our UCI number? I also heard that the embassy will give us another UCI because it was a different process . Which is true? please guys I need an expert advice about this... Thank you

For what I know only sponsor(if apply) and principal applicant can access using uci and not the dependents. Uci # is a permanent number to each applicant.

Hi sir andy..
That's what really confusing because when my mom was on the stage 1 of our application for sponsorship and she doesnt have her permanent residency after we send all the documents they needed they have send us the aCknowledgement of receipt then on that AOR me and my sister was given a designated UCI number. The UCI number they gave me I used it to check our application status.. After a month it was totally gone, ot only says that the ecas was not recognized.. I ask our consultant about it and she said that the reason we cant access it its because our file was transferred from manila to missisuaga...
