Alberta University M.Eng Mech Engg Professor Acceptance

My son got 70% in B.Eng and Send email to Alberta University Mechanical Engieering professor to support M.Eng application one month before, but until now no reply from the professor. We can apply M.Eng directly without Professor approval?

I had had applied for UofA. Got approval from 3 professor's but application got rejected.

It is very much clear on website that professor's approval is not mandatory unless you are applying for Ph.D. Also an approval from professor's is not confirmation of your acceptance into course.

Professor's who replied me in Jan said i am little late to apply for fall'15 and by now they are almost done with selections.

Thanks for your reply. As per UOA Mech Admission website, we need to get support from a Mech professor to apply for MSc.?

You have to have approval before you apply, I was accepted to the UOfA after my professor approval!

What is the score they expect in B.Eng.?
