Alberta Opportunity Stream - initial status won't change after 3 months

Hello,

I have applied for Alberta Opportunity Stream 3 months ago, my application status remain "Submitted".

This status means: "Your application fee has been paid and your application has been received by the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program for processing. This status will remain in place while the program does an initial review of your application for completeness. This status will change once the program requests further information or the application is assigned to an officer for assessment."

Is it normal that initial review takes 3 months (maybe more)? Should I contact them?

Currently processing June 2024 so would not be too concerned.
