I am creating this new thread to connect with the members who all are in process or thinking of submitting documents for AOS stream nomination.
Highlevel eligibility Criteria for AOS
- Job Offer is required from Alberta Employer
- CLB Test score - 4 (I think this will change to 5 in 2020)
- Work Experience (12 months full in Alberta/24 months in Canada/30 Months combining Canada and abroad)
- Eligible Job Offer - Full time (min 30 hours/Week), Valid for 12 months (at the time of application), Wage requirement (refer to - https://alis.alberta.ca/occinfo/wages-and-salaries-in-alberta ) example for 2171 it should be above $87074.
Questions
- Do we need 3 months of Payslip to submit application?
- Evidence of Exemption from LMIA (What do we need to submit in case of Intra Company Transfer )
