As per the suggestion I’m reposting with a little correction:-
As per Alberta’s website, they have a limit to issue 6000 ITA in 2019 which they are already very close to achieve it.

They haven’t conducted any draw in October so it seems we have to wait for the next year to be nominated.

I believe there will still be draws this year so keep your hopes up.
