Urgent update!!!!!!

Alberta has device a new strategy to systematically reject all outlanders who currently are having a file number awaiting selection.

They have sent to a friend of mine an outlander requesting that he clarifies is present location if in Canada or outside Canada as a results of the April 29 changes. This is a direct way to reject the application.

If you have any relation in Canada a legal challenge can be mounted for those whose received invitation to apply before the April 29 rules came into effect. I am told the rules were changed when your application was already in motion hence should be exempt from its application. The rules should the prospective not retrospective. You were issued invitation to apply under the old rules which the Alberta government failed to recognised.

Act now or be systematically rejected.

Can we not mount a legal challenge? All those selected on or before April 29 should be exempted from the new rule

Hopefully, this will not affect candidates with received nomination.
For example, if you have received your nomination in the beginning of the year, it is no longer valid anyway, so you just wait with others to get ppr.

For those who already received nomination early this year do not need to worry, they have passed this step and they need to proceed with their PR application to federal government.

They are good to go forward with their PR process. This affects only those outlanders who are seeking nomination of Alberta.

We'll know this week what they say, even if you have job offer they can decline the nomination application unless you have work permit and living inside Alberta.

Well, its a sigh of relief for those who are already nominated. I also got the nomination which gave me 600 points... application timeline already completed, and I got to know that they had contacted my employer as well... So lets hope for the best. I pray for every applicant for their dreams come true..
