If a mechanical engineer worked as an engineer for ~3 years (NOC 2132), then got Project Management degree and did Project Management for engineering firms overseeing technical installations, for last 5 years. Should they apply under NOC 0211 "Engineering Managers"?

My family member had created EE profile based on 2121 noc, outlander with a sibling in Alberta. Still they didn't get any NOI.
Any idea why?

there is a primary noc and second noc. if you can claim both work experiences use both work experiences.

Hey, sorry I just went through my account and realized when I created with 2121, it couldn't go through. My apologies for that. It is the other that I got through.

I haven't come across anyone with this noc after they open intakes for outlanders. Mostly paramedics and engineering nocs usually get picked. Unless you got a job offer or any blood. relation in the province.

Yup, my brother live in Albert since 2013 & I am in the pool since 2018 I didn't get my NOI till this year. So it's not necessary if you have a sibling you will get an NOI. It's just a factor that can support your case. Rest it all depends on NOC in demand and how the Alberta market is looking for people in required fields. I hope you understand my point.
