Nobody can tell a definite date. People have been waiting for almost an year after creating an express entry profile here.
There have been cases with people with low 300 CRS score and no links to AB, getting NOI.
Only 1 such case I remember from last week was a person from India with a medical field NOC.

Hey guys, after accepting the NOI, how much time do I have to submit the application? can you please tell me how long it usually takes for outlanders to receive the nomination after submission? Yesterday I received the NOI in the express entry profile, noc code: 2131, EE score: 478 . Thanks a lot

after submission they may take upto 2.5 months or more depends on individual's profile. But now a days i think it is not taking that much time. you will be having 60 days after you get portal link mail.

you need to send them email that you are interested in applying for nomination. you need to attach the letter of your noi with email. You will get acknowledgement mail after that which will be auto generated mail. Later with in a week you will get portal link as now ainp process is online through their portal

Are you an outland applicant? Do you have a job offer or a sibling in Canada?

Wow. Congrats. My NOC is 1311, crs 380, Having a sibling in Alberta, im outlander. Hoping i get NOI. been in the pool since December.

Better to create a new Profile Bro. Recently 1311 got invited. If your profile expires in less than 5 months, your chance of getting invited decreases.

@imthushar Pls which particular draw did NOC 1311 get NOI? Is it the one of July 14, or July 27, or August 10.

I have a friend with NOC 1311 & CRS - 301 as of August 10 and with sibling in Alberta. So I'm wondering.
