Alberta AINP March 2019 NOI Notification of Interest

Asking for a friend. He recently got NOI from Alberta. He has a 4 years bachelors degree which he completed in 6 years due to strike. So to answer " number of years of education in total?" Should he answer +4 OR +6 years?

Yes dear, I received file number on 11-07-2019, and since then I am eagerly waiting. And yes it is really frustrating as I check my email 3-4 times at night. But we have to wait.
