Yes, the same thing happened to me. You should take a screen shot from your EE profile showing the day that message was received and opened (for me this was Jan 9 and Jan 25 respectively), and a copy of the letter (I copied the text and saved as PDF). Then email the address given on their website to request the chance to apply and an Expression of Interest pack. Should be fine. Unless of course it was actually many months ago that you got the NOI. Thanks! How long did you have to wait for them to reply? I might just withdraw my profile at the end of the month and recreate a new profile if they didnt reply.
Emailed Jan 25th when found out. That was a Saturday. They replied on the Monday afternoon. So if you’ve emailed today, with copy of nomination letter and screen shoot, then I’d expect you to have heard by tomorrow or Friday. It’s just a generic email with the AEES checklist and AINP 012 application form attached. You could probably start preparing your paperwork (details of both these forms can be found by searching the forums). But it’s such a rollercoaster sometimes it’s nice to hear first! Don’t worry ... sure it’ll all work out and you’ll be able to submit EOI, then soon you’ll be worrying about when they’re going to complete the review of your application!
Actually your NOC was in super hot demand last year and many with and without connection to Canada whatsoever got NOI. But this year generally, Alberta have been so much quiet (my thought though) and we believe same NOC will still be in demand this year in Alberta as it is in other provinces mine 1311 was like yours last year but this year we haven't really seen much of Alberta. Maybe they are preparing a jumbo pizza that will go round each and every one of us
