Are the paystubs mandatory..as per their checklist they had asked for only reference letter and had mentioned paystubs maybe be provided if available..i had provided only reference letters for my previous jobs and letter from my manager which was not on letter head along with my offer letter and salary certificate for current employer..

Accepted by email and received document checklist: AUG 30th, 2019
Sent documents by courier: SEP 10th, 2019
Received by them: Sep 12th, 2019
Not Received acknowledgement or any file number yet ..... is this normal or i should try to contact them for the same???

Do they send any acknowledgment mail to state they have received the package ???
