Airport Experience Please

I'm leaving on the 20th or 21st. I'll be booking it tomorrow.

Which airlines do you guys suggest?

Is Qatar good? I'm not sure about the transit airport through qatar, never liked the place.

Qatar airline service is good. Traveled to UK this July. Only Doha airport is old Delhi type I.e they transfer you on busses from one terminal to other no inter connectd terminals. But ambiance of airport is good not like IGI or Heathrow.
I am also going to McGill for meng mech looking for accommodation. Have you found anything. Moreover aren't you traveling early as classes will start on Jan 7.

Yeah, Im going to mcgill too. Classes start on 7th but I've been asked to submit my legal documents before Jan 1st. I was actually admitted to mcgill for Sept 12 but never had the chance to apply for a permit as I met with an accident. Now my offer letter is like, this is to confirm Mr.xxx withdrew from McGill University on Sept 19, and was readmitted for the Winter 2013 Term by the dean. I hope this doesn't cause any problems at the port of entry, CHC Delhi had no problems though so hoping its all ok. It's also one of the reasons I'm going early since if the officer at the port has any doubt, he can call mcgill and confirm my story. They haven't closed yet for Christmas. What do you think?

As for Accomodation, I've searched a bit on craigslist but just cant find anything good online I guess. Or maybe I just have to see it in person once. Dont try for Mcgill Residences, they're very expensive and not worth it as you'll have a roommate aswell.

If university have accepted you then no issue. Don't think you will have any problem for study permit at port of entry to Canada. Have requested for buddy on university program? I have applied let us see if I getone who can help me with accommodation and other issues.

Lol I applied for buddy in Sept and never turned up so dont think they going to give me one more. I'll be friendly and find some people to help I guess. I'm in the arts faculty for Honours Economics.

u never liked place?? have you ever been to qatar??


My personal experience was best. i was there for a month. its like mini dubai. though airport is old and small, they are constructing new and its awesome. stay for more than 4-5 hrs can be boring because airport is small.

qatara airways/emirates are best in worlds. excellent service. qatar airways is 5star airline officially.

dont worry buddy just go in and enjoy whatever you do there be awake on airports,careful with your passport and money....sleep in the plane not on airports listen carefully to every announcement and keep talking with people in and out of the plane to keep yourself fresh...
