AIPP work permit question

I have one question to you for AIPP work permit

I got endorsement form NS from 2018/May/4, right now this letter is expire date

My work permit referral letter only 6 months valid, but expire

I already apply PR from 2018/Aug/12, until now I didn't got any news?

During my case ,I want apply work permit now , is that possible, and extend work permit referral letter ?
