AINP009B Form filling help

Hi All:

I am filling out the AINP forms and in form AINP009B it asks me the dates I entered and left Canada.
I am a little confused as I came into canada and haven't left as I work here.
Do I leave the "departed" dates empty? or should I put todays date in?

Similarly in a few forms it asks about my job history, for my current job, should I put in todays date in "worked till" or do I leave it empty?

from: PUT STARTED DATE
to:CURRENT DATE

list any visits you made to canada:

province: select from drop down box
yr/month enter: put yr/mm when u first time came to canada
yr/month departed: put yr/mm when u first time entered in canada( since you have not made any travel outside)
