Does my spouse also need to submit proof of language competency (IELTS, CELPIP) if I will apply under Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) Strategic Recruitment Stream? Can someone please advise?

You and your spouse don't need IELTS. Only semi skilled worker
