AINP? SINP? MPNP?

My cousin, a Canadian citizen for 25 years, currently lives in Calgary.
She wants to sponsor her niece, 22, who is living in Vietnam. What
are her options?

As AINP is closed for family stream, she is left with SINP and MPNP.
For SINP, she needs to live in Saskatchewan for at least one year
before she can sponsor. And, for MPNP, she needs 2 friends in Manitoba
to act as sponsors.

What is her best option? Any other suggestion or idea are welcome,
and greatly appreciated. Thanks

As AINP is closed for family stream right now, she can move to SK or MB and sponsor her niece after 1 year. Another option for her, if she has good connections in AB is to get the niece a job offer and have the employer sponsor her under employer driven stream.

Best option for you to move Sk and apply for your applicant after one year or if u can arrange job offer for your applicant than apply as a SINP skilled worker category.
