I have a lot of previous co -workers who applied with the pilot Semi skilled category last year (Sep-Nov) and in the Employer Compliance Declaration form , their District Manager put Yes on the question "Does your business have any Executive order for closure or remedial action issued in the past 12 months?" It says if you answered yes your business is not eligible to apply to the AINP at this time.

This is because one of their store had a remedial action issued due to a very old store.

My question is how come the lawyers/consultants and the district manager still went through with the ainp? They said there was total of 80 applicants from this company. Does it mean only one store with remedial action issued wont be able to do ainp? It just seems weird to me about the form with everyone had the yes box ticked on that question.

Hi, sorry, I don't know the answers, but can you please verify what exactly is remedial action? And how it looks like when a store gets it issued? I mean - is it a piece of paper with the title "Executive order for remedial action" (or similar) and then the explanation, or what?
