AINP points not added to Express Entry

Hello all,

I received AINP on the 27th June 2022.
But my Express entry profile does not reflect additional 600 points till date.

Please suggest what should I do to have this resolved. Impossible to reach ircc over the phone.

Has anyone had this problem recently? And how many days it took to have the points added?

Delete your old profile and set up a new one.

Delete your old profile and set up a new one.

But AINP is assigned to the current Express entry profile number. If i make a new account then it won't match
