Hi Guys,
Just want to get some idea my current employer issued a nomination to my previous co worker and the nomination was then approved by the AINP but at the end my boss withdrawn the nomination after knowing that my co worker found another job can my employer nominate another person like me as his new candidate for employer driven under semi skilled category since the certificate issued was withdrawn and never use?
We also received the confirmation of the withdrawal of the said nomination.
