Hi Everyone,

A quick question as I seem to be getting different answers from different places.

I am applying to the AINP under the Skilled Worker Employer Driven Stream. Skill level B. I have a full time job offer letter stating I will be working full time.
My question is, what is 'full time'? I usually have around 40 hours a week and I am paid hourly. But this week I only have 35 hours. Does this matter?
Also, what will happen if I go on holiday?- Am I allowed to?

Thank you!

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
"Full-time employment
Persons who usually work 30 hours or more per week at their main or only job."

Hello,

Thank you for the replies!

Duarca, I phoned the AINP and the lady said that it's only 30 hours I need to work, which agrees with the information you have found. (Although they have given me wrong information in the past!)

I also asked my Immigration Consultant and he said I have to work 37.5 hours to be considered full time.

It's all a little confusing and frustrating!
