Kelly chan, I had replied to ur mail on thus subject. It doesn't matter which way... They r that smart enough to look around for completeness. Don't worry too much...

you are correct in page order, however dont staple. Also only your signature is required.

I have three questions. In generic Form what should be mentioned, provincial nominee or fsw. 2ndly the travelling information form cannot be filled electronically, And needs to be printed and filled manually, am I right?. 3rd usma pl tell me how to write name on background declaration form in native language. Lastly again usma pl tell me, can we use registration number of child on " form be " as his/her national identity document number. In that case translation of " form be" will also be required. Needs he support friends.
Jaggu what about ur AOR.

Khan
1- write Provincial nominee as you are no more FSW
2- Travel form will be filled manually (by hand)
3-write name in Urdu Language by hand after printing out the filled form
4-No need to give reg. No. of child, as you already provided birth certificate. If you go for Reg. No. your form will not be validated and no bar code will be generated due to missing ' expirey date'

Khan, by the way what you did with 3 & 4 when you applied to AINP?

Thanks usma, For no. 3, frankly I forgot to write in native language, and for No.4 at that time i was not having the "form Be". i applied for it later on. anyhow thanks again for clarification.

Hi,

I have been a silent observer of this forum since last month, just to let you know that I have got nomination on NOC 2132. I am originally from Pakistan but currently based in London and working here in an engineering design firm in Central London. Not sure but if is there anyone who applied from London on AINP FSW and got nomination. I need to speak over the phone to discuss next process in detail.

Thanks in anticipation.

I have another query: 1) do i need to certify copies of i) Travel documents ii)Nomination letter iii) IELTS copy iv) birth certificates and marriage registration. as they have mentioned that copies must be certified by notary public. pl advice.

Khan78,

As far as I am aware you are only need to notarized copies if the language of your documents is other than English or French.

Agreed with arsenal. No notorise unless document different language than English. Khan, chan - put ur file ASAP ....
