On 2nd thoughts you might want to contact your VO by phone/email to explain that you didn't get your dependents medical report forms.

Hi all there is a confusion . I got this through email. There is a medical request form filled with mine biodata but without pic. Further in email mine dependents and spouse name written but no medical request form for them included, if its ok or I should contact visa office to request them to provide the same.
Am I right that there should be medical forms for all members?

Congratulation for MR, have you received any mail from LVO before getting MR. or you direct received MR. because I'm also apply from Pakistan as ONPP applicant.

Thanks, Ofonzo. I have also received a second email which is superseding the previous one. It says that as long as i will do medicals in my country i don't need medical forms and email attachment has required necessary information for all family members. Only it will be required for medical center along with snaps,passport etc. The first email containing my medical form is also saying that this is system generated and do not respond this email. It means it has no importance.

No such news for Alberta till date.

Thanks, no in the same email fresh bank statement and PRF fees have been requested along with MR.

I am also FSW backlog reduction applicant....but my nomination is from Manitoba Province.....i had got AOR from CIO in October 2012...And LVO asked me about additional documents in last week in email but there is no MR requested in my Case in that email...

Yes they asked about fund proof and establishment plan in canada.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.) can you guys please advise

Ibrahim,I noticed the same thing on my old application today. I think CIC is closing our old apps as communicated during the nomination phases.once cic confirms a new application is in the system, the old app is closed and refunds made. Just my guess.

Hi,

When I check my application status there are two status.

1. The new application stating : Application received.
2. The old application stating : In process.

When and what will these application statuses change to ?

Ofonzo / Ibrahim please guide.

No it is mentioned against almost all applications filed before Feb-27 2008, as i have also checked status of some of my friends those not selected for PNP but were pre 2008 applicants. Their status is also similar as " decision Made", so i think they are now returning fee to all applicants.
