My husband got AINP EE NOI . He was trying to gain 50 pts under arranged employment so we clicked on the option yes , but we are here only for 4 months working in alberta on ICT ( i know we can only get pointa after a completion of one year) although that still that didnt changed my express entry score.
Now the thing is after the next day only we got AINP NOI so my questions are-
1. Can we make changes the employment status ( although its not wrong but we have not completed oneyear)
2.He is on client location which is alberta and his employer is in toronto ,so would that affect decision of the Offcer? (Although AINP doesnt say that one should be working in alberta)
3. While filling AINp form should i put employer in alberta or toronto as his working location is alberta ( client location)
4. For all the points should i submit the LOI.
Please help us on the above points as we have very less time to fill the forms.
