AINP Approval and FSW in Progress

Hi,

One of my friend recently got the approval from AINP through Family Stream. He also has a case going on for the FSW application which is "In Process".

Now should he send a new application with a fee payment to the Visa Office or is there any way that he can send the Approval Document to the Visa Office and expedite the existing application.
