I have applied my AINP under employer driven international graduate category

Applied on 22nd Jan 2014
Acknowledgement received on 29th Jan 2014
work permit expired on 18th February
Sent paper application for bridging open work permit on Feb 14th 2014
application received by CIC on 17th Feb 2014.
Currently i am under implied status, yet to receive file number, and response for work permit.

Any suggestion under my criteria, what are my chances?

How do I change my mailing address on my bridging work permit?

it does not make sense. how possible to keep your implied status and apply for a bridging open work permit without an approval nomination letter? processing time is only 50 days..

you have not received a refusal letter from CIC? or have you got nominated?
