Re: AINP Application package(H1B Stream) sent after 01-01-2009 under the NEW pro

You need to send the original AINP form, photocopy of CIC related forms, notarized degree certificates, experience letters, paystub copy. No need to attach photo in the CIC form. The list of docs that need to be sent are listed in the AINP appln form (i think Pg 2-3). Police certificates and FBI letters are not required.

Re: AINP Application package(H1B Stream) sent after 01-01-2009 under the NEW pro

I somehow managed to get the document that they have asked. I sent it like 10 mins back as attachment with the e-mail. Just like pokha..they replied me in exactly 5 minutes.. that they will add these to my file for processing.

Looks like..I am also in the same situation..like pokha... I hope..they might start moving our process...

Re: AINP Application package(H1B Stream) sent after 01-01-2009 under the NEW pro

I sent my application last week of December and haven't received any notice yet... So I guess some of us may have to keep fingers crossed for a little while longer! I will update when I hear anything.

I guess so. There was 1 person who had applied on Jan first week and go a similar inquiry and now there is a person who applied on Jan 27th and has got an inquiry. I have not got any email -- mine reached on Jan 16th. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Re: AINP Application package(H1B Stream) sent after 01-01-2009 under the NEW pro

It seems I have to wait little longer. My application was received by them on Feb 19 09.

Since December and January people are waiting consequently I suppose to wait.

Yes you need to...

Does anybody has any thoughts on how AINP can verify our H1B status at the time they make their final decision on our application ?

Even if one loses or quits job I guess USCIS will not know unless the H1B is officially cancelled or revoked by the employer. And I guess USCIS is the only place where AINP can verify our status.Any thoughts gurus ?Before you jump into conclusion, I do not think USCIS is updated about our payroll status on a monthly basis. If that is the case lot of people who are on bench without pay will be deported in a couple of months without pay.

Thanks

Right now we don't know how they are going to verify your H1B status at the last stage of the processing, if they are serious about it they will ask for the pay stub at the last stage. You will have to wait and see.

Re: AINP Application package(H1B Stream) sent after 01-01-2009 under the NEW pro

Two cents from me-
1) Verification can be done by contacting USCIS. As you mentioned they will never come to whether you are on bench or not
2) They may ask for last couple of pay stubs before they make final decision.
If you are on bench you should not have pay stubs. Ironically , you will get stubs.
Your consultant will you to resolve this issue though you are on bench. I don't think this is an issue. Anyway at some point you will find project and you will not be on bench all the times.

To me, you are fine as long as you have approved I797 and good relation with your employer.
