Hi bha,
Did you try contacting the doctor that made your medical tests and asking for help? The least he can do is giving you a tracking number of the package that was sent - to make sure that it was delivered to Ottawa.
Thank you for your quote,
Ya it was delivered to Ottawa ….and I send them e mail twice but I got formatted reply “your application is under proses, at this time no action required from your side”

Thats quite strange. Did you try calling CIC call center?
Can the doctor office call the Ottawa medical center to check if something is wrong?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Hi,
1. No news from CIC still. You advised me to "Apply GCMS". How do I do this. Please provide link.

2. After having a AINP approved and application in process with CIC, do anybody recommend applying again for any of provincial programs? I am on H1b in US. I am asking because David Cohen's website says "U.S. Visa Holder Category - Applications no longer being accepted as of August 23, 2010. Category is on hold until further notice.". I hope my approved AINP case and now processing with CIC is NOT on hold.

Thank you
