After the AINP nomination, you apply to CIC as a PNP applicant, upon acceptance of your application, CiC then sends you off for the medicals, a few weeks after the medicals, you are instructed to pay for the Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF). After a few weeks or months your VO informs you that the PR visa is ready for issuance.

It should be a standard job offer. You job description/wages/benefits/role/company info should be on it.
