Agent is saying that was no show in interview

My wife applied for SOWP for me thru an agent in canada now he is saying that i did not get email for your interview and today he got an email that you was no show for interview and got refusal
Please is that can be possible that as i was no show so they can be give refusal

1. If IRCC can prove that they sent an email to agent, (and they usually can) of the interview date, and you didn't show, they will probably refuse the SOWP.

Please advise me what can be done now should i re-apply or is there any other way to get it done bcs agent is saying that we must re-apply as there is no other way
can i call immigration to reschedule my interview
